Knights Of The Round

A commitment to excellence in Sports, Academics, and Spiritual Leadership. Knighthood into the Round table is a unique honor for student athletes who have shown tremendous efforts on and off the field at Family of Christ. Each year our Athletic Department acknowledges the efforts of our 8th grade class with naming a new Knight to the Round table. Based on the mythology of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, Family of Christ honors student athletes who show great character on the field, off the field and in the classroom.

King Arthur sought out 8 traits in a Knight of the Round Table. 1. Keep your Word and Honor, 2. Defend those who could not defend themselves, 3. Treat all with respect and care, 4. Give mercy when asked, 5. Put the needs of others before personal gain, 6. Serve the True King and his Kingdom loyally, 7. Shun unfairness, deceit, and cruelty, 8.  Live in a way that upholds the Fruit of the Spirit.

The annual Knights of the Round award began in 2020 and continues to this day. We honor our alumni by remembering those who continue to live as Knights of the Round. Always being a reminder for others to follow. The following alumni have received this prestigious award at Family of Christ:
